RICHARD BARTA

Richard Barta is a member of Axum’s advisory board. He brings over 30 years of extensive real estate development, investing, and site selection expertise to Axum.  Mr. Barta is the Founder and President of Core Properties, a full-service commercial real estate company. Since its inception, Core Properties has completed a broad range of transactions in excess of 33,000,000 square feet throughout the country.  

Richard has worked with companies such as McDonald’s, Chipotle Mexican Grille, and Target, among others. Mr. Barta graduated from Bowdoin College.
