CHARLES M. WILLIAMS

Charles Williams is a member of Axum’s advisory board.  He was Managing Partner and co-founder of Integrated Capital Strategies, an asset management and advisory services firm, and also a co-founder of Blue Ridge Holdings, a bank holding company and the parent company of CertusBank.   Previously, Charlie served as Managing Director and Principal Administrative Officer of Global Markets and Global Investment Banking at Bank of America.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Williams worked as a trader and senior regulatory risk management executive at several “bulge bracket” Wall Street investment banks.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Marquette University.  Mr. Williams formerly served on the boards of the United Way Legacy Foundation, Junior Achievement, and Charlotte Latin School. He is also a member of the Marquette University President’s Council.
