Craig Miller has joined Axum Capital Partners to lead its Food and Beverage investments and oversight of the firm’s restaurant portfolio. Mr. Miller has a rare combination of experience as an Operator, Owner, Entrepreneur, Franchisor, Franchisee, and Corporate Executive. He has led two very successful IPO’s (UNO 1987, RUTH 2005). He is a strategic growth-focused balanced executive with a full understanding of industry fundamentals that has been proven over decades to produce shareholder value. Mr. Miller has special skills in Operations, Finance, Development, Franchise Relations, Concept Development, and Marketing and has worked with numerous brands in multiple segments of the industry.

Some of Mr. Miller’s many industry accolades include being a two-time winner of the prestigious “Golden Chain Award” from Nation’s Restaurant News in 2000 as President and CEO for the UNO Corporation and again in 2007 as President and CEO of Ruth’s Chris Steak House. On October 2, 2007, Craig was named Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators’ (MUFSO) 2007 Operator of the Year, where he was selected by operator/readers of Nation’s Restaurant News. Mr. Miller was inducted into the Massachusetts Restaurant Association’s Hall of Fame in 2000.
